Our clients continuously lead us to initiate reports of topical interest. One of the more significant, but not readily discussed life insurance segments is Long Term Care insurance (LTCi). We have become particularly interested in this insurance segment given the social need that has emerged, and the increased involvement of federal and state governments who have begun putting in place a social safety net for those who do not have Long-Term Care Insurance, nor the means to pay for the high expenses related to Long-Term care needs.
Industry veteran and member of the Mantissa leadership team, Kevin Kelly, was formerly CIO for a Long-Term Care business unit and brings significant insights. In his reports(s), Kevin will be discussing the state of the industry as well as technology and business operations supporting a LTC business.
