Mike comes with deep experience in the insurance, healthcare, and financial services industries. He has performed in a wide variety of roles starting on Wall Street and rising to CIO of Aviva USA Life and Annuity insurance company. Mike is a proven global technology executive with a track record of delivering successful, business enabling transformation in financial services, life insurance and health insurance industries.
Mike is a results-driven executive with a focus on creating strong, results-driven partnerships with clients. Mr. Boltz is an industry leading expert on digital transformation with expertise crossing Group Benefits and Life and Annuity products. Most recently Mike has been leading large digital transformation programs. His most recent role was leading the Global PMO at NTT DATA to develop the Global insurance Digital Platform (GiDP). This platform processes Group Benefits and Life and Annuity products. Michael’s most recent experience has been in the Group Benefits, Life and Annuity and payer Healthcare domains. In addition to Mike’s technical accomplishment leading the delivery of a large-scale global digital insurance platform (GiDP), he also led large scale group benefits initiatives for Aon Service Corporation and ran healthcare technology as Vice President Strategic Operations at Highmark Health Plan. Mike brings a wide array of business knowledge spanning business sectors, deep experiences across technologies, and the unique ability to build teams. Mike’s previous experiences at multiple large organizations has resulted in a philosophy of understanding the technology landscape and driving business results. His varied business experiences crossing healthcare, group benefits and Life & Annuity provides a balanced and unique skillset in the market. He has a proven ability to build, motivate, and empower effective teams that provide innovative, world-class technology and business solutions.
