Mr. Desiderato is a seasoned leader with broad executive experiences in industries including life insurance, annuities, retirement services, and international insurance. Don’s most recent experience was Chief Information Officer (CIO) at New York Life. He was accountable for the New York Life’s Core Insurance, Strategic Insurance Businesses, and Agency technology. In this role, Mr. Desiderato was accountable for managing a large-scale transformation effort ranging from core Insurance and Sales platforms to the modernization of infrastructure and data environment. In addition, he was a member of the Insurance Group Senior Leadership Team. Don’s previous New York Life role included CIO for the Investments Group technology. In this role, he was on the Investments Group Senior Leadership team and led similar transformation initiatives. During his tenure, he regularly interacted with members of the Executive Management Committee and has presented to the Board of Directors. He has accomplished this by creating high performing technical teams leveraging both internal and external talent. Among his technical accomplishments include the delivery of technology roadmaps and executing a multi-cloud strategy that optimized delivery to the business while reducing technical debt and strengthening security posture. He was responsible for implementing global networks in multiple companies and has led the consolidation of 28 data centers.
Mr. Del Secolo is a seasoned leader with broad executive experiences across industries and has served in numerous advisory roles in companies such as Cisco, MCI, Actian and AT&T. Mike’s most recent experience was as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at New York Life. He was accountable for New York Life’s engineering, technology roadmap and chaired the Architecture Review Board. Mike was responsible for the creation of the CTSO position to focus on security initiatives to include Identity Access Management, cloud security engineering, and first line defense. He was part of the senior leadership team that drove innovation and led positive transformations in companywide process reengineering projects in ITO and ASM (Sourcing), Human Resource (SaaS) and Finance (SAP) initiatives. In his previous role at ADP Mike provided strategic leadership for technology, security, and SaaS business initiatives. He achieved synergy by merging hosting, data center and brokerage teams into a shared services technology team.
Mike created his legacy as technology architect by pioneering $10B SaaS business model and built a world-class technology team that continues to deliver results today. Mr. Del Secolo earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Pratt Institute and is currently serving as a strategic advisor for security startups Prismo Systems and SOVY.

Kevin also comes with a wide variety of technology skillsets including ERP, cloud migrations, mobile workforce solutions, IoT, and telematics for equipment in the field.

Kevin is currently providing management consulting and advisory services for numerous industry segments. His most recent industry experience was as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at New York Life. He held concurrent responsibilities managing technology development, information technology infrastructure, and business operations within the home healthcare and nursing home insurance markets throughout the United States, totaling $400M in annual revenue, and over $1B in reserves. He effectively communicated throughout the organization at all levels to drive the organization’s goals and focus on critical outcomes. Mr. Kelly earned a BS degree in Computer Science, as well as earning his MBA and graduating Summa Cum Laude from at the University of Texas at Austin.

Tony Saineghi is an experienced Life and Annuity Project delivery executive and Strategic Advisory for Mantissa Group LLC, a strategy consulting firm serving the CIO executive and their extended leadership teams. Tony is an industry expert with deep experience, most recently as an independent consultant to Global 100 financial services and technology consulting firms. Over the course of his career, he has led thirteen global business and technology modernization initiatives, in both executive advisor and execution capacities. He has driven every aspect, from senior executive buy-in for investment rationale for major transformations to re-tooling organizations that were required to shift from maintaining systems to new platform development.
Tony’s experience prior to joining Mantissa’s leadership team was as a Transformation Lead at Allianz North America. There, he developed a bottom-up plan and onboarded a team of over 280 to scaled agile product teams for a platform modernization program. The global team subsequently delivered on strategic platform commitments in ten months and today embraces continuous improvement and delivery. The plan included developing and integrating over 30 homegrown and vendor systems in a hybrid cloud and on-premises environment. Tony worked alongside business and technology leadership to adopt agile best practices and drive urgent deadlines.
Prior to that, he worked in partnership with leadership at the award-winning clearinghouse, Options Clearing Corporation (OCC). There he developed an integrated delivery and quality testing plan for a team of over 200 specialists modernizing its critical capital markets platform. The cloud-based platform utilized cutting edge streaming service and security protocols to calculate millions of transactions necessary to evaluate portfolio risk, provide liquidity and ensure stable market participation.
Tony has also built businesses, driving a Professional Services division of Accenture that serviced Insurance and Annuity carriers.

As CIO, Cindy was responsible for internal technology strategy and delivery, the Project Management Office, Security and Enterprise Risk Management.
Cindy is a senior IT executive with 25+ years of diversified strategy, technology and operations experience and has a proven track record of designing and delivering innovative technology driven transformational programs in many blue- chip firms yielding substantial business results. While at FactSet, Cindy worked in partnership with senior business leaders throughout the company to establish vision and align the organization for the buildout of strategic, effective, and efficient capabilities that would allow the company to operate at scale and facilitate fact-based decision making in all facets of the business. Past positions also included head of Global Operations & Systems at ALICO where she was hired to build world-class infrastructure and service delivery in preparation for an IPO; and Chief Technology Officer at Merrill Lynch where she was responsible for modernizing the global HR infrastructure with strategic global solutions and upgrading the IT capability measured with a balanced scorecard. Cindy also held leadership positions at Marsh & McLennan, Prudential, Booz Allan & Hamilton and MetLife in IT strategy, application & infrastructure management. Cindy was recognized as CIO of the Year by Markets Media Women in Finance in 2017 for her transformative impact at FactSet, her mentoring of women technologists & her philanthropic work.
