As we approach the end of 2020, it has become obvious that this is like no other year in recent memory. We are living in a year of unpredictable political times, a substantial health crisis, changing economic conditions, and perpetually low interest rates. As of this writing, the U.S. 30 Year Treasury is 1.7470% whereas in July 1987 the 30 year was at 9.802%
